1. Eligibility for Exchange
We accept exchanges for most products within 7 days of receipt, provided that:

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

The product is not listed as a non-exchangeable item (see Section 3).
2. Exchange Process

Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

Provide your order number, details of the product, and reason for the exchange.

If approved, ship or bring the product back to our warehouse/store.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
We cannot accept exchanges for:

Custom-cut, custom-mixed, or made-to-order products (e.g., cut glass, mixed paint colors).

Clearance or sale items marked as final sale.

Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Perishable or consumable products (e.g., adhesives, certain sealants) once opened.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or offer an exchange.
5. Exchange for Higher or Lower Value Items

If you exchange for an item of higher value, the price difference must be paid before dispatch.

If the exchanged item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded as store credit.
