Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchange
We accept exchanges for most products within 7 days of receipt, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

  • The product is not listed as a non-exchangeable item (see Section 3).

2. Exchange Process

  • Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

  • Provide your order number, details of the product, and reason for the exchange.

  • If approved, ship or bring the product back to our warehouse/store.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items
We cannot accept exchanges for:

  • Custom-cut, custom-mixed, or made-to-order products (e.g., cut glass, mixed paint colors).

  • Clearance or sale items marked as final sale.

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Perishable or consumable products (e.g., adhesives, certain sealants) once opened.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or offer an exchange.

5. Exchange for Higher or Lower Value Items

  • If you exchange for an item of higher value, the price difference must be paid before dispatch.

  • If the exchanged item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded as store credit.
