Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Custom-cut, custom-mixed, or made-to-order products (e.g., cut glass, mixed paint colors).

Clearance or sale items marked as final sale.

Products that have been used, installed, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Perishable or consumable products (e.g., adhesives, certain sealants) once opened.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via your original payment method.
If you paid via bank transfer, please provide your bank details for processing.
5. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.

After Shipping: Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for return under the above policy.

Custom Orders: Cancellation of custom or made-to-order products is not allowed once processing has begun.
