We deliver across Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. Certain bulky or fragile items (such as glass panels or large construction materials) may have delivery restrictions or require special arrangements.

Peninsular Malaysia: Estimated delivery within 3–7 working days.

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Estimated delivery within 5–10 working days.

For bulky items, delivery may take longer depending on courier arrangements.
4. Shipping Fees

5. Bulky & Fragile Item Handling

6. Self-Pickup Option
For large or urgent orders, customers may opt for self-pickup from our warehouse or retail outlet. Pickup arrangements can be made after order confirmation.
7. Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, redelivery charges may apply.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship outside Malaysia.
