Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver across Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. Certain bulky or fragile items (such as glass panels or large construction materials) may have delivery restrictions or require special arrangements.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Custom-cut or special-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated before order confirmation.

3. Delivery Time & Method

  • Peninsular Malaysia: Estimated delivery within 3–7 working days.

  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Estimated delivery within 5–10 working days.

  • For bulky items, delivery may take longer depending on courier arrangements.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.

  • Heavy, oversized, or fragile items may incur additional charges.

  • Free delivery may be offered for orders above a certain purchase amount (as stated in promotions).

5. Bulky & Fragile Item Handling

  • Certain products (e.g., glass sheets, heavy hardware, large paint drums) require special packaging and handling. Additional fees may apply.

  • Customers are advised to inspect goods upon delivery. Any damages must be reported within 24 hours with photo evidence.

6. Self-Pickup Option
For large or urgent orders, customers may opt for self-pickup from our warehouse or retail outlet. Pickup arrangements can be made after order confirmation.

7. Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, redelivery charges may apply.

8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship outside Malaysia.
